When you request a valuation we collect your name, phone number, email address and the vehicle details you submit. We do this so we can contact you with a valuation and arrange a possible sale.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a valuation, and arrange collection and payment if you proceed. We do not sell your data to third parties. Where the paperwork requires it, we share relevant details with our Gestoria to complete vehicle transfers and Spanish deregistration.
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
